• Keeping your account information reasonably up to date.

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the app.
• Introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful technology.
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit the app without authorization.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to discover the source code of the app except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
• Use automated systems to misuse, overload, scrape, or interfere with the service.
• Attempt to bypass security, moderation, access controls, or technical restrictions.

PooP Rush may use device location information to provide map-based and location-related functionality.

With your permission, certain features may use your device's precise location.

You are responsible for deciding when and how to use location-based features.

When you create a location-based post, the location or map position associated with that post may be visible to other users depending on the feature and how the content is shared.

Content may also be accessible to people who receive a shared post or link where sharing functionality is available.

Before publishing, you should review the location being shared and avoid posting a location that you do not want others to see.

Map information, location information, and location-based results may not always be accurate, complete, current, or available.

You should not use PooP Rush in a way that:

• Puts yourself or another person at risk.
• Distracts you while driving or performing another activity that requires attention.
• Violates another person's privacy.

PooP Rush may allow you to create, submit, upload, publish, save, share, or interact with content through the app.

This may include:

• Posts
• Comments
• Photos
• Profile information
• Location-based posts
• Likes or reactions
• Friend activity
• Other community content

Collectively, this is referred to as “User Content.”

You remain responsible for the User Content you submit.

You must have the rights and permissions necessary to submit or publish any User Content you provide through PooP Rush.

You retain ownership of the User Content you create and submit to PooP Rush.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of your User Content to us.

However, we need certain permissions to operate the app and make the features you choose to use available.

When you submit, upload, publish, or share User Content through PooP Rush, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, transmit, distribute, and otherwise use that User Content only as reasonably necessary to:

• Operate PooP Rush.
• Display your content to you or other users.
• Support public, map, and sharing features.
• Store and back up content.
• Deliver content through our technical infrastructure.
• Moderate content.
• Investigate reports or abuse.
• Maintain the security and integrity of the service.
• Enforce these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to us.

The license ends when the User Content is deleted from our systems, except where continued retention or processing is reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, moderation records, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, or where copies remain as part of content previously shared with others.

You agree that your User Content will not:

• Violate applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe another person's copyright, trademark, intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

• Promote violence or unlawful activity.

• Attempt to manipulate or abuse community, reporting, or moderation features.
• Otherwise violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

You are responsible for the content you choose to publish and for any consequences resulting from sharing that content.

Some PooP Rush features allow User Content or activity to be visible to other users.

Depending on the feature, publicly or socially shared information may include:

• Your profile information.
• Posts.
• Comments.
• Images.
• Likes or interactions.
• Location information associated with a post.

You should carefully consider what you choose to share.

Do not publish information that you do not want other people to see.

Other users may be able to:

• View your content.
• Screenshot it.
• Copy it.
• Share it with others.
• Report it.

You are responsible for deciding what information you make available through community and public features.

PooP Rush may provide tools that allow users to report content or accounts they believe violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

Users may report:

• Posts.
• Comments.
• User accounts.
• Other inappropriate activity where reporting functionality is available.

Reports may be reviewed by our administrators or authorized moderators.

Submitting a report does not guarantee that a specific action will be taken.

We may use information associated with reports to investigate potential violations and protect the community.

PooP Rush may allow users to block other users.

Blocking may limit certain interactions or visibility between accounts depending on the features available in the app.

Blocking another user does not necessarily remove:

• Content that was shared.
• Information already viewed or saved by another user.
• Content visible through other public areas of the service.

Users must not attempt to evade another person's decision to block them by creating additional accounts or otherwise circumventing app restrictions.

We may review User Content or account activity when reasonably necessary to:

• Respond to reports.
• Investigate suspected abuse.
• Protect users.
• Maintain the safety of the community.
• Enforce these Terms.
• Enforce our Community Guidelines.
• Comply with applicable law.

We may use reports, technical signals, administrator review, or other relevant information when making moderation decisions.

We reserve the right to remove, hide, restrict, or disable access to User Content that we reasonably believe:

• Violates these Terms.
• Violates our Community Guidelines.
• Violates applicable law.
• Creates a security or safety risk.
• Is fraudulent, abusive, or harmful.
• Misuses the service.

Where appropriate, we may take action without prior notice.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account that:

• Violates these Terms.
• Violates our Community Guidelines.
• Repeatedly posts prohibited content.
• Engages in harassment or abuse.
• Misuses reporting or moderation features.
• Attempts to evade restrictions or blocks.
• Engages in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
• Creates a material security risk to PooP Rush or its users.

The action we take may depend on the nature, frequency, and severity of the conduct.

You may delete your own posts, or other User Content where deletion functionality is available.

Deleting content does not necessarily mean that every related record will immediately disappear from all systems.

Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary for:

• Security.
• Fraud or abuse prevention.
• Legal compliance.
• Dispute resolution.
• Moderation records.
• Enforcement of our policies.

Content previously viewed, copied, saved, screenshotted, or shared by another user may also remain outside our control.

We want PooP Rush to remain safe, respectful, and useful for everyone.

Do not post, share, or comment content that:

• Shares another person's location inappropriately.
• Impersonates another person.
• Contains spam, scams, or deceptive content.
• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• Contains sexually explicit or otherwise prohibited content.
• Attempts to manipulate, exploit, or abuse reporting or moderation systems.

Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, we may:

1. Remove or hide content.
2. Remove posts or comments.
3. Restrict community features.
4. Limit interactions between users.
5. Temporarily suspend an account.
6. Permanently terminate an account.
7. Take other reasonable action necessary to protect users or the service.

We may take immediate action where reasonably necessary to address serious safety, security, legal, or abuse concerns.

You are responsible for your interactions with other users.

We do not control everything users say, publish, or do through PooP Rush.

You should use reasonable judgment when communicating with others or relying on information provided by another user.

If another user behaves inappropriately, you may use available reporting or blocking features.

PooP Rush may use or interact with third-party services to provide certain functionality, including services related to:

• Maps.
• Authentication.
• Analytics.
• Infrastructure.
• Notifications.
• Performance monitoring.
• Security.
• Other technical functionality.

We do not control third-party services and do not guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, reliability, or performance.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

PooP Rush may include:

• Account features.
• Map features.
• Location-based features.
• Tracking tools.
• Community features.
• Social features.
• Notifications.
• Statistics.
• Other app functionality.

Features may change over time.

We may add, update, modify, restrict, suspend, or remove features where reasonably necessary to:

• Improve the app.
• Improve security.
• Improve reliability or performance.
• Address technical problems.
• Protect users.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available on every device, operating system, account, or location.

Except for User Content and third-party content, PooP Rush and its original software, design, branding, graphics, text, interfaces, features, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not, without authorization:

• Modify.
• Distribute.
• Sell.
• License.
• Commercially exploit.

any protected part of PooP Rush.

Third-party names, trademarks, content, and services remain the property of their respective owners.

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, comments, or feedback about PooP Rush, you understand that we may use that feedback to improve or develop the app without creating an obligation to compensate you.

This does not give us ownership of your User Content.

PooP Rush is provided on an as is and as available basis.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the app will always be:

• Available.
• Uninterrupted.
• Secure.
• Error-free.
• Accurate.
• Complete.
• Current.

Map information, locations, statistics, community content, tracking information, and other information available through PooP Rush may contain errors or may not always reflect current conditions.

User Content is created by users, and we do not guarantee its accuracy, legality, reliability, or appropriateness.

You use PooP Rush at your own discretion and are responsible for decisions you make based on information available through the app.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PooP Rush: Poop Map & Tracker, its affiliates, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use PooP Rush.

This may include losses or damages related to:

• Account access.
• User Content.
• Other users' conduct.
• Map or location information.
• Data loss.
• Unavailable features.
• Third-party services.
• Unauthorized access.
• Circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

You may stop using PooP Rush at any time.

You may also delete your account using the account deletion functionality available in the app.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to PooP Rush where we reasonably believe:

• You violated our Community Guidelines.
• Your account is being used fraudulently or unlawfully.
• Your activity presents a safety or security risk.
• Action is required to protect another user.
• Action is required by applicable law.

Where appropriate, termination may also result in removal or restriction of User Content associated with your account.

Certain information may be retained after termination where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, moderation, dispute resolution, or policy enforcement.

Our collection, use, storage, and sharing of information is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using PooP Rush, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time as PooP Rush changes or as our legal, security, or operational requirements evolve.

When changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of PooP Rush after updated Terms become effective means that you agree to the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
